How long is the course?
About six hours, plus breaks. In-house, we're happy to split it over two half days.
What's included?
The full day's training, a 17-page delegate handout with templates and checklists, and on group courses, lunch and refreshments.
When is the next group course?
We're setting dates now. Register your interest and you'll be the first to know. Group courses run with a minimum number of delegates; if a date doesn't fill, we'll move you to the next one or give you a full refund.
Do I need to be an experienced manager?
Not at all. Whether it's your first hire or your 200th, there's something for everyone.
Can you tailor it to our company?
Of course. In-house courses are built around your roles, and we'll help you write your own interview questions on the day.
Is it best suited to a particular industry?
No. Everyone who hires can benefit.
Is it delivered in person?
